WILLIAM’S PEAR
Men’s favorite! Alongside with regional favorite - plum grappa. Special kind of pear is used to make transparent distillation of pure enjoyment.
PLUM
Probably the reason why both world wars and the latest break-up of Yugoslavia were caused. If you want to get accepted by naked, hairy, singing men smelling their armpits while they hug you in a traditional Balkan circle, you will not reject it.
HERBAL
Also known as the cure for all kinds of illnesses in Dalmatia. There are as many kinds as herbs found on Dalmatian plains and mountains so there is no precise recipe. Its color varies from yellow to green but just make sure you do not turn colors from it at the bar.
APRICOT
The result of this distilation is the finest grappa that is known for its natural aroma of freshly harvested apricot. Irresistible bouquet, magical taste and exceptional smoothness will definitely boost your libido.
HERB OF GRACE
Antibacterial grappa traditionally used in Istrian households for medicinal purposes. It helps with dizziness, menstrual problems, nervousness, heavy breathing, intestinal and rheumatic problems, gout, skin diseases. Find somebody who does not fall under one of these categories and get a free shot!

This grappa is made by distillation of ripe fruit of the corab. Corab is a wild tree with a very aromatic fruit of distincitive taste and shape. It is best served mildly cold.

According to historic facts, quince always symbolized love, happiness and fertility because of its unbelievable scents when blooming. Have a shot and you might get lucky sooner than you thought.
FENNEL
Fennel is a wild anise that grows on uncultivated and rusty farms or at least that is what people believed back in the days. It is great for stomack cramps, digestive problems, flatulence but that’s not all, folks. It hits very hard as well.
GRAŠEVINA SUPERIOR QUALITY DRY WINE
One of the most popular grape varieties in Croatia thanks to it's miraculous pleasentness and freshness. Graševina is a wine of hay yellow colour with a pronounced nice bouquet and harmonic, full flavor.

TRAMINAC SUPERIOR QUALITY DRY WINE
Traminac has sensual aroma, vintage gold color and flavor that lasts a long time. Excellent for pairing with foie gras as well as with fine desserts. Even though our choice is a dry wine it gives spectacular results as a sweet dessert wine.
MOSLAVAC SUPERIOR QUALITY SEMI DRY W
Moslavac or Pušipel, as protected indigenous variety of Međimurje, is a wine of light yellow-green color with strong fruity bouquet. In order to achieve superior quality, the grapes are harvested in high maturity.
ZELENI SILVANAC QUALITY SEMI DRY WIN
Thanks to the specific microclimate in Međimurje, this grape variety provides the most pleasant Silvanac experience that emphasizes fruitness and freshness. It is also known as one of the best continental grape varieties of Croatia.
BOGDANJUŠA QUALITY DRY WINE
Bogdanjuša is the autochthonous variety of the island Hvar. It literally translates to "God-given". This wine is for hot summer days because of its light and fresh characteristics and scarcity. Serve with light cheeses like goat cheese or škripavac.
MALVAZIJA QUALITY DRY WINE
The most important and well-known indigenous variety of Istrian vineyards. Aroma is fine and pleasant, floral and fruity. Rich extract that lasts long on the palete makes it an ideal companion of many Mediterranean dishes.
RUKATAC QUALITY DRY WINE
Rukatac is the indigenous grape variety most commonly grown and consumed in Southern Dalmatia. Locals’ favorite. It should be served chilled. Best paired with fish, white meat and grilled vegetables.
ZLATARICA QUALITY POLUSUHO WINE
Zlatarica is the indigenous variety of the Dalmatian inland. This wine is light and well-rounded. It harmonizes well with vegetables, white meat, fish and snacks.
KUJUNDŽUŠA QUALITY DRY WINE
Kujundžuša is a quality dry white wine made of the authentic variety from the inland region of Dalmatia, Zagora. It is characterized by a light yellow to light green color with an interesting aftertaste.
POŠIP QUALITY DRY WINE
Pošip is the best known white grape variety of Dalmatia originating from the island of Korčula. It is a strong and serious wine but with rich fruity and nutty aroma. It should be served chilled and it goes great with fish and white meat.
POSTUP SUPERIOR QUALITY DRY WINE
Postup has very similar quality and taste like Dingač because of its neighboring location. It is a treat for all the wine conossieurs due to its rarity and complexity.
PLAVAC MALI SUPERIOR QUALITY DRY WIN
Plavac mali from Ivan Dolac terroir on Hvar island where steep vineyards bathed in sun and sea best discribes why the island is so popular. Serve with game, Dalmatian stew - pašticada, lobster stew – brudet and hard cheese.
TERAN SUPERIOR QUALITY DRY WINE
The aroma of Istrian Teran is fine, emphasized and extensive with a distinctive fruity character. It is strong and robust yet very lively and pleasant.
PLAVAC MALI QUALITY DRY WINE
Compared with a well-known protected wine such as Dingač and Postup, Plavac Mali provides a simpler and more relaxed version that local residents consume daily with ham, lamb, fish, cheese, home made bread and pasta.
PLAVAC PELJEŠAC QUALITY DRY WINE
Plavac is a wine expressing the fullness, dark ruby-red color and mild astringency. This grape variety is also known as the cousin of Italian Primitivo and the father of Californian Zinfandel. Convenient for red meat dishes and stews.

Plavac Barrique proizveden je od najkvalitetnijeg grožđa i odnjegovan u hrastovim barrique bačvama. Prigodan uz jela od crvenog mesa. Poslužuje se na temperaturi od 18 stupnjeva.
BLACKBERRY
Blackberry wine with its red ruby color indicates the strength and potential that it contains. Characteristic of this wine gives the impression of perfect harmony and finesse.
CHERRY
Cherry wine is a unique dessert wine with vivid red color, characteristic fruity acids and irresistible fragrance produced from patiently selected cherries.
RASPBERRY & BLACKBERRY
Dessert wine made of blackberries and raspberries is the perfect harmony of fruity aromas and fragrances that will open up your senses and remind you of fresh, just-picked berries.
PROŠEK
Dessert wine made from dried grapes. In the old days anemia was successfully treated in forty days therapy. People would drink fresh egg in a cup of Prošek every day in the morning on an empty stomach. No matter why our ancestors drank it, they were no fools. It tastes great. Serve slightly chilled.
BERMET
This elegant wine prepared from selected red grape varieties flavored with citrus fruits, herbs and spices stands out for its distinct and rich aroma. Originally produced in Samobor during Napoleon’s presence in the region of Zagreb. Very few families still have the recipe.
APPLE
Apple juice is a small treasure chest of ingredients that positively affect our body, vitamins C, A, E, B1, B2, B6, beta-carotene, minerals, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron. Apples provide energy for our body, prevent fatigue and loss of concentration. If you do not eat it enough, drink it!
APPLE & ELDER
Elder, as an ubiquitous plant since ancient times, has gained its rightful place in our supreme apple juice without additives, water, sugar or any preservatives.
APPLE & MINT
Addition of mint in the apple juice boosts a refreshing flavor like ice tea but without water or sugar… or preservatives…or anything else…as a matter of fact…
APPLE & BEETROOT
Beetroot strengthens the immune system, improves the blood count, reduces cholesterol and regulates blood pressure, bla bla bla. Apple is a good source of vitamin C, prevents diabetes, bla, bla, bla. This juice is just bombastic.

HONEY
Honey liqueur is made of honey and grappa. No matter if you are feeling exhausted or you have a sore throat or you just want to drink and have fun, this is one of the most delicious liqueurs. It goes great with coffe or in between beers.
HAZELNUT
Except in chocholates and spreads, hazelnut is ideal ingredient for liqueurs in which you can enjoy after delicious dinner. It is recommended on the rocks or with orange juice.
BLUEBERRY
As a favorite, particularly among women, this grappa is said to be the tastiest of all fruity grappas. Because of its girly nature some macho men drink it hidden behind the counter.
CHERRY
Similar fruity flavor, dense texture but not as sweet as blueberry grappa. Goes great with cakes. Don't let the sweetness fool you. This delicious beverage can pack a punch. Men can get by when seen drinking it saying that the bar tender messed up the order and they just didn’t want to let it go to waste.
POMEGRANATE
This unique liqueur is produced from the ripe pomegranate harvested from the wild trees. Pomegranate juice is rich in Mg, P, Ca, Fe, vitamins B and C as well as carotenoids but we are not here to talk about a healthy juice. Instead, we are presenting a drink that needs to be enjoyed responsibly.
BLACKCURRANT
Blackcurrant liqueur is characterized by a completely fresh and exotic aroma. The liqueur preserves all natural characteristics and flavors that remind us of freshly picked fruit.
Mild and simply fantastic.
LEMON
This mildly flavored liqueur is produced from the juice and peels of homegrown lemons nourished by the summer drought and scarce Dalmatian soil. It is highly aromatic with high percentage of essential oils. Serve it quite chilled.
MELISSA
This fine liqueur is characterized by its herbal yet refined taste similar to the one of the mint leaves with the addition of specially selected herbs. It has a soothing effect and improves the general physical condition.
Serve chilled.
FIG
Figs are not only delicious to eat. When fermented in the liqueur, they lose a little of their sweetness and turn it into specific caramel candy taste. Very unusual grappa appreciated by men and women equally.
CRANBERRY
Liqueur that combines the healing berry cranberry with the famous Istrian wine Malvazija. Blend cranberries and wine with honey and you will get a liqueur that makes an excellent aperitive that uniquely complements Mediterranean cuisine.
MYRTLE
Sweet liqueur made from ripe berries of myrtle, a plant that was brought from India which is in Greek and Roman mythology a symbol of love while in Christian symbolism it means appealing to the Christ. It is used as a flavoring and addition to sweet dishes and jellies. Best when served chilled.
PRUNE
Prune liqueur is a premium liqueur with rich fruit flavor and aroma. After the harvest plums are naturally air-dried, sorted and placed on the months-long maceration in the top plum grappa. The result is a must-try.
CAROB
Popular on the Croatian coast, this liqueur is made of carob, an exotic evergreen bean, usually used for cakes and sweets. According to some legends, St. John used carob instead of bread when he went into the wilderness. Not too sweet or strong but spectacular and unique.
RED WINE
The recipe for this liqueur comes from Dubrovnik back in the days when it was a city-republic. Ancient and different like Dubrovnik itself, this is a drink of original taste. Made in no other part of Croatia, the taste feeds feelings of past times.
WALNUT
This is a liqueur loved by everyone, for its mild, nutty taste. Made of walnuts and various spices depending on their availability and personal tastes, this grappa is the one that no guest will refuse.
ABSINTHE
Absinthe is known as “a herbal medicinal liqueur“ from the old days. Identified by a remarkable bitter wormwood taste it is nothing to be afraid of. It is not what you think. This one does not cause hallucinations. Instead, it is one of the most popular aperitives in Croatia that we call Pelin or GP.
HERBIE
Herbal liqueur is produced from herbs that have been carefully selected and macerated in the harmonious manner so none of them dominate.
CORNEL
Cornel liqueur is a natural liqueur made of ripe cornel berries harvested on the slopes of Western Croatia. It is prepared by maceration of berries in cider and grappa with the addition of honey and fructose. It is recommended to serve chilled as an aperitive or digestive.
HONEY ABSINTHE
This liqueur is produced in a traditional way by macerating wormwood with thirty aromatic plants and honey which gives it a special and sophisticated taste.
APPLE CINNAMON
Apple and cinnamon liqueur is a perfect combination of irresistible and aromatic cinnamon with a soft fruity apple flavor. You have a feeling like you are eating grandma’s apple pie.
BITTER ORANGE
Bitter and refreshing liqueur with a mild taste of bitter orange which can still be found in the gardens of the old houses along the Croatian coast especially on the islands.
ORANGE
Dalmatian oranges bathed in fruity grappa give an exquisite flavor to this liqueur. The addition of honey resulted in a well-rounded sweet liqueur that is a novelty in Croatian liquor production.

DINGAČ SUPERIOR QUALITY DRY WINE
Dingač is the wine region on the Pelješac penninsula in Southern Dalmatia bathed with plenty of sun and sea. Plavac Mali is the grape variety that gives the best results on those highly inclined slopes. Very strong in character just like Dalmatian people.

BLACK SLAVONIAN PORK SALAMI

ACCACIA
Acacia honey has a mild taste and aroma and as such it represents an excellent addition to dishes and drinks.
FOREST BLOOM
Dark color and pleasant taste which comes from the juice of the evergreens in the heart of Croatia way up in the mountain wilderness.
SUNFLOWER
After chesnut, the sunflower honey is one of the richest with pollen. Amber color, low scent per plant and sour taste. Very quickly crystallizes in tiny crystals.

In comparison to the soft cheese hard one contains a much lower percentage of whey which means less sugar and acid. They mature from inside out. It is most often served with prosciutto or other cold cuts with a glass of red wine.
